Who We Are
D&D Marine Industrial Welding & Fabrication (operating as D&D Welding) is a mobile welding contractor based in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia. We specialize in three core areas of mobile welding: marine repairs, sanitary food-grade stainless TIG, and industrial fabrication — all delivered directly on-site across HRM and Nova Scotia.
D&D Welding is built on more than 28 years of hands-on welding experience across marine, food-processing and industrial environments. We provide direct communication, experienced trade execution and qualified personnel matched to the requirements of each job.
What We Do
Marine
Marine Welding
Dockside TIG and MIG welding on steel and aluminum for commercial fishing vessels, work boats, and dock infrastructure. Above-waterline repairs for topsides, decks, and superstructures. Emergency response available.
Sanitary
Sanitary & Food-Grade TIG
Precision TIG welding on food-grade 316L and 304 stainless — CIP systems, process piping, tanks, and conveyors. Dedicated stainless tooling, internal back-purging, and job records provided when required.
Industrial
Industrial Welding & Fabrication
Heavy equipment repair, structural modifications, and custom fabrication on-site. Carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum. From emergency breakdown to planned custom metalwork.

- Extended Nova Scotia — South Shore, Annapolis Valley (~90–150 min from base).
- Zone 4
- Provincial — Cape Breton and full province by arrangement.
