Who We Are
D&D Marine Industrial Welding & Fabrication is a CWB-certified mobile welding contractor based in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia. We specialize in three high-precision welding verticals: marine welding, sanitary food-grade TIG welding, and industrial fabrication — all delivered on-site, across the Halifax Regional Municipality and surrounding Nova Scotia.
The business operates on a direct, accountable model. The person who answers the call, assesses the job, and performs the weld is the same person — David, with 28 years of hands-on welding experience across marine environments, food processing facilities, and industrial operations throughout Atlantic Canada. There is no intermediary. There is no crew variability. There is one standard.

Marine Welding
Dockside TIG and MIG welding on steel and aluminum for commercial fishing vessels, ferries, and work boats. The vessel stays in the water. Emergency same-day response within Zone 1–2.
Sanitary
Sanitary & Food-Grade TIG
Precision TIG welding on food-grade 316L and 304 stainless — CIP systems, piping, tanks, and conveyors. Dedicated tooling. Full compliance documentation. Completion certificate on every job.
Industrial
Industrial Welding & Fabrication
Equipment repair, structural welding, and custom fabrication on-site. Carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum. From emergency breakdown to planned custom metalwork.
